What to watch: Last nights rain out forced a dual admission double header today. Santana is keeping the day game and Pelfrey is moving to the night game. Ken Griffey was scratched from last nights lineup because he was sick. We’ll see if he can play today, he’s coming up on 600 home runs. The Reds are really bad this season so the Mets need to take advantage of that in this home series.

Dave and All Mets Fans,Top of the marnin' to ya. I only breakout the slight southern slang for when I'm in a good mood about what the day has planned. I may be quite the intelligent gentleman, yet, I rarely can predict the future. Nevertheless, when I see a double-header against the Blues – I mean Reds – to begin a homestand, than I can only dip into my future prediction skill set, and say how these games are MUST WINS. Mr. Santana gets the ball for Game-1, and Charles Bronson-Arroyo has his ball handed to him for Game-2. Have I mentioned a Shea Stadium – MUST WIN times-two!! I've said it before – and I'll be happy to say it again . . . the Mets must beat the teams they're supposed to beat . . . period!**I’m not just a Fan – I’m the Coach, Teammate, and Analyst.**-Scottie-B
